RoboRun – A Holographic Platformer

RoboRun is a side-scrolling platformer built in UPBGE, designed for a holographic pyramid display. Set in a steampunk world full of moving gears and glowing machinery, you guide a robot through obstacles in an immersive, projected 3D space. The game was built using UPBGE and Python.

How to Play

1. Connect your computer or laptop to the HoloGame Pyramid (3D holographic pyramid display)
2. Run the game.
3. The game is displayed and played from all 4 sides.

Controls

• A virtual gamepad on your phone that connects to the game (wireless)

How to Run

1. Download and extract the ZIP file.  
2. Open the folder and run `RoboRun.exe`.

About the Project

Created as part of the PRRI 2025 course at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics, this game demonstrates interactive design for alternative display technologies. Check out our GitHub and GDD.
